Bone broth is an excellent way to to support the detoxing function of our liver. While we are cleansing, it isn’t a matter of “detoxing our liver”, but enhancing the detoxing function of our liver. It’s may seem like semantics, but it is a different frame of mind…a more holistic view. A cleanse is about our whole bodies, not just one organ. That said, our liver does a lot of work and needs all the support it can get. Our livers need fat and gelatin to work in detoxification, and bone broth is how we are going to supply that.
