Line Series III, Mike Luque and a Kettle Bell.

This is Mike Luque. He is a trainer at The Working Body.

Mike models the and Stomach, Heart, and Small Intestine acupuncture channels.

ML

Kettle bells are his idea of fun.

MK eye

The Stomach channel starts at your eyes…so does digestion. The Stomach channel is an Earth channel. The Earth provides nourishment.

The Stomach channel wraps around your mouth. I love that.

It continues down over the torso to the second toe. This is just the external branch of the channel.

All channels have many branches that go to to different organs, and connect with other channels. You poke an acupuncture point on your forearm, you may feel it in your guts. This is why.

Mike’s major love is GYROTONIC, but he “heard” about kettlebells before seeing them,

and signed up for the first training offered him 8 years ago.

He’s in it for the power, strength and endurance. It’s working.

ML SI channel

The Heart channel is on the underside of Mike’s arm, protected and hidden.

On Mike’s back is the Small Intestine channel. We also call that the Shoulder channel for a very obvious reason.

They are a pair, and they are Fire channels.

The Fire above is the Empress,

and the Fire below helps do her bidding.
