Insurance
We accept all PPO health insurance plans with out-of-network acupuncture benefits.
In Network Coverage
Currently, Jennifer Ross, L.Ac. is in network with United and Triwest.
Dr. Renée Boudreau, L.Ac. is in network with Blue Shield.
Check and see if acupuncture is covered by your health insurance here.
If your PPO plan’s acupuncture benefits are managed by American Specialty Health Plan, we will give you a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Medicare
We do not accept Medicare plans. Medicare guidelines require acupuncture be performed by an MD.
Anthem
Because we are out of network (OON) with Anthem, payments are made directly to the patient. For simplicity, we charge the patient our cash rate + 16% administrative cost, and will submit your insurance claim for you. When you receive the insurance payment from Anthem, you will keep it.
Alternatively, you can choose to pay only the cash rate, and we give you a superbill to submit on your own.
