During the Regional Stay at Home Order for California beginning December 6, 2020, we will remain open.

Under the newest order, “non-urgent medical care may remain open, with safety precautions”. At the office, these precautions include:

• Required face covering
• Hand washing before entering rooms
• Disinfection of the acupuncture table and surfaces between patients
• Use of HEPA air purifiers in each room
• COVID screening and temperatures taken before appointments

I want to encourage you all to double down on your own precautions as you move about. Bundle up when it’s cold, stay out of the wind, and eat a warm breakfast. Use acupuncture for enhancing your immunity.

At the moment of feeling an itching of a cold or flu, get a COVID test, and book a teleheath appointment for an herbal consult.

I know I exhausted myself back in March extolling the benefits of herbs, and I’ll say it again. Chinese formulas work very well for all types of virus, especially when tailored to your specific symptoms and at the very beginnings of the illness. 

Take good care, and keep your boundaries strong for just a little longer.
